Return & Refund Policy for Herbal Powder and Tea Products

We aim to provide high-quality herbal powders and tea products. Due to the nature of these items, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened herbal powders or tea products
  • Products with broken seals or altered packaging
  • Items purchased under special discounts, clearance, or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, send a request to onlinegtee@gmail.com with:
  • Order details
  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue
  • Once the request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refund details will be collected via email.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If preferred, a replacement can be provided instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
  • Replacement requests follow the same approval process as returns.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered.
  • For all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

8. Important Notes

  • Natural variations in color, taste, or aroma of herbal products are normal and not considered defects.
  • Proper storage conditions should be followed after delivery to maintain product quality.
